Condo Rentals
Our Condo Estates provide spacious 2-3 bedroom units with modern amenities. Each condo includes private outdoor space, washer/dryer connections, and contemporary fixtures. Rent covers condo fees including trash removal, snow removal, and lawn care. Tenants are responsible for utilities including water and sewer.
Pool Membership
Residents can purchase seasonal pool memberships at the community pool facility. Open Memorial Day to Labor Day, memberships are available for individuals, couples, families, and guests. The pool area features lounge areas, private cabanas, and regular maintenance for clean, safe enjoyment throughout summer months.
Laundry Facilities
On-site laundry facilities are available across the property for resident convenience. Facilities maintain regular operating hours and feature multiple commercial-grade washing and drying machines. Select upgraded units in Rose Hill L-P include in-unit washer/dryer installations as part of modern renovations.
Public Transportation Access
The property offers direct Septa route access with stops located on-site. This provides convenient connections to downtown West Chester, local shopping centers, and regional transit hubs. For drivers, private off-street parking is available for all residents with secured lot options.

Does Rose Hill allow pets?
We allow one cat per apartment with a $500 pet fee. Dogs are not permitted in our units.
What are office hours?
Our leasing office is open Monday-Friday 10AM-5PM and Saturday 10AM-2PM for appointments.
What utilities are included?
Water, sewer, trash removal, snow removal, and lawn care are included in rent for select units.
Are there payment plans available?
We require first month's rent and security deposit at lease signing. No financing options are available.
What amenities are offered?

Lived here for almost 10 years and can only say how wonderful my time here was and how amazing the Rosehill staff and owners were/are..truly amazing and intensely careing! The Zarelli family does an outstanding job with any promoting a peaceful environment and living area!. Loved living here!

I'm in complete agreement with my brother who posted recently....we shared 2 different apartments during our 10+ years here...wonderful staff, good neighbors and amazing owners who took the time to listen and address any questions or issues we had.The Zarelli family always went the extra mile and made our apts feel like home! I still have a lot of fond memories and great friends I met during our stay......great place to live!!

I wish there was 0 stars for this. My girlfriends mother lived in this complex for 2 years. She kept the place SPOTLESS. They have her every reason in the book to not give her deposit back. I dont care how cheap these apartments are I PROMISE you its not worth dealing with the awful people there. They are rude. I heard a conversation she had on the phone with one of them and couldnt believe how they were talking to her. Do NOT recommend

Im not one to write reviews, but I couldnt understand how this complex has business. I had interest in renting here so I called about a month ago. I am not sure of the ladys name but she was incredibly rude. I dont care how bad of the day you are having .. you should always take the time to answer a customers question. Without even doing business with them, that one phone call was enough for me!

Rose Hill Apartments and Rose Hill Condos are the best places that I have ever lived! The owners and their staff could not be friendlier nor more accommodating! I have always felt very welcome and so appreciate all of their attention to detail and attentiveness to any and all issues! Thank you for making me feel welcome, like a little family!
