Erin grew up in Colorado and graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies and a certificate in Gerontology. She enjoys getting to work with all ages and help patients understand their dental insurance. Theresa has lived in North Carolina since 1986, when the military transferred her and her family here.
Then made it their home when her husband retired. They have three beautiful daughters, two wonderful sons-in-law and best of all, three grandchildren! Charlene is a member of our administrative team and works part time. She began working in the dental field in 2008. When she is not here at the office, she attends FSU and is working towards a degree in Computer Science.

Digital X-rays results in 1/6th radiation exposure to you. Dr. Viau chooses carefully which and when radiographs are taken. There are many guidelines that we follow. Radiographs allow us to see everything we cannot see with our own eyes. Radiographs enable us to detect cavities in between your teeth, determine bone level, and analyze the health of your bone.
You may have heard the term laughing gas when people mock anyone who laughs a lot. But, laughing gas is actually an oral sedative which is otherwise known by its scientific name of nitrous oxide. It is one of the mildest sedatives used in dentistry. It is used to ease a patient's nerves and induce a sense of calmness in them.
