Had several tests. Everyone was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Carlson spent quality time answering my questions and explaining the test results. I have been going to him for years and totally trust in his diagnosis and medical expertise!

My rating for Dr. Miller is FIVE stars, but this group's practice has a staffing issue. The office staff should communicate with patients for late appointments, and rates at best low average. A tech told me that "the doctor is running late," so I asked why someone didn't communicate that information to the front desk to let waiting patients know? I wasn't taken back at 1pm for appointment, but 1:55. She told me they were "busy." It's as simple as staff communicating, and I become a 'patient patient!' Dr. Miller is worth the wait, but he needs help.

Appointment was at 10:10. I had to go to reception desk at 10:25, and ask if everything was fine. They said I was next patient. Took another 10 minutes. In examination room, at 10:35. Waited there for another 10 minutes before anyone showed up.
Dr. Carlson is great. Just wish they could schedule better. Typical of most medical facilities, they over schedule doctor's time. Money is very important; patient care, not so much.

The staff at Eye Associates of Colorado Springs is efficient, professional, polite, and kind. Dr. Smetana is an excellent ophthalmologist whom I have been seeing for years for my eyecare. I trust him completely with my eyes.

Dr. Smetana is the only ocular Physician that could get near me to check my eyes! He's gentle and cautious. He's professional and calming. The administrative staff is always helpful. I'm so grateful to find this Dr.
