I just had my wedding reception here about a month ago and I am sad I did. The owner is incredibly inconsistent, unreasonably strict and unprofessional. My biggest regret about my wedding was signing Debbies contract and foolishly giving into her high pressure sales. I could tell the first time I met the lady that something was off. She had told me that I could set up a separate tent for the caterers so they would not be counted in the guest list (200) and then the next time I asked her about it she accused me of being manipulative and a liar and claimed I was trying to get her venue

We had our wedding at Prosperity Mansion last night and we could not have been happier! The sun set was phenomenal and made for amazing photographs. Our guests absolutely loved the lawn games and outside features that Debbie has provided. We had so many compliments from our guests on the beautiful venue we chose and how great of a venue this was. The owner, Debbie, was great to work with; she not only provided a great venue, but gave us very good recommendations about vendors to use! We would highly suggest this venue. Thank you, Debbie, for making our wedding truly a dream come true!

The venues property is probably by far one of the most beautiful properties Ive seen in a long time. The venue is stunning, The amount of history that is on the property is so wonderful, the fact that we are able to utilize the whole land is amazing, and the owner of the property is just an human being that Ive met in a long time. I am beyond excited for this venue and see myself getting married here! I saw the negative reviews, and I wanted to witness it for myself. And I can honestly say in my opinion, the negative reviews for me were not correct. She was very nice, extremely knowledgeable
