He knows hardware and software and fixed my PC hard drive which was crashing and near its end of life. He recovered the data and copied all the windows, the programs, and data to new hard drive.

NorthShore PC Service charge $90 per hour for On-Site (In-home or office) repairs, $75 per hour for Off-Site (in our office) support and offer a discount for multiple hours. We don't have any hidden fees or travel fees. The minimum fee is 1 hour ($90) for the technician to show up but no fee will be charged if a solution is not provided.

We saw an example of "Power LED Blinking/Beep Code" diagnostic system that some (Dell, HP and etc. ) computer manufactures are using to diagnose common problems. In the computer repair business we want to make sure that a hard drive is fail or I about to fail before we start disassembling any hardware.
