Our charges for cremation include transportation from place of death, administrative and staff services, refrigeration, cremation container, cremation, filing of death certificate, 2 certified copies of death certificate, use of Mountain View CHAPEL for one hour visitation period, Memorial Service, staff members to assist family with visitors, music, clergy, Register Book, Memorial Folders, Thank You Notes, Tribute DVD.
