Fact: I paid full price of $230
Fact: I told you my part started at noon
Fact: I was never given an ETA
The fact that you can't even acknowledge to a paying customer that your customer service is terrible is sad and goes to show how you run your business, with excuses. I will ensuring that no one in my network uses your business.
OG post: I had a birthday party scheduled at 12pm. I booked the jumper about a month prior and was told the jumper would arrive about an hour before the party, Great. Come day of the party (when I have no time to cancel and find someone

They never gave an ETA and showed up an hour and a half late to my party, charged me full price. Horrible communication, horrible customer service, terrible communication. A used fake finger nail was found inside the bounce house. GROSS! Never using them again. You should not either.

I had a party at 1200 this past Saturday. The lady that took the reservations told me that the bounce house would be set up well before the party started. On that day, around 11 o clock I started to get nervous because the bounce house was still not at the house. I called a couple of times with no respond and finally left a message. The lady called me back and told me the bounce house would be there by 12. This was not true. The people came around 12:05 and set up the bounce house after the birthday party started. I also had to attend to the person that was setting up the bounce house to direct
