I rarely ever post a review of any company, but after experiencing the replacement of my roof through Trio Roofing and Construction, I feel compelled to share about my own experience. Every step of the process was handled with professionalism, attention to detail and a strong emphasis of customer satisfaction. Dustin was extremely helpful in getting Allstate (the worst insurance company, probably tied with State Farm) for approving a roof claim based upon hail damage) to approve our claim......in fact, I tried submitting a claim, unsuccessfully, a few weeks ago using another popular roofing company

I was skeptical at first, but while Dustin was on the roof I checked out reviews about Trio and was blown away. We decided to move forward with them and so glad we did! They were extremely professional and honest. The whole crew kept in constant communication and updated us throughout the entire process.
