Ashford was amazing! I never worried about anything before, during, or after listing my house with her. They were on top of everything and communicated with me whenever there was something not right. My house had an offer on it within 3 days of listing. As an out of town seller, I had to depend on her to do everything from cleaning, repairs, and preparations.
