Purchased a wood stove from Fireplace Creations in Buffalo & they facilitated installation into our existing brick alcove. The whole process went very smoothly. We've had the wood stove they recommended for 2 months now and love it! The installation crew did a fabulous job. They put in a new chimney pipe, installed the wood stove and were in and out in a few hours. I would highly recommend them!

Needed service on our Heat-N-Glo that wouldn't fire up. We are a bit out of the way and other dealers wouldn't come out. Not a problem for Fireplace Creations. Talked over the problem with Byron and then Travis, who scheduled the service. Jeff did the service; he quickly determined the problem, fixed and cleaned the unit; he pointed out aspects of the unit I didn't know and showed me things to watch for (in an aging unit). He was professional and friendly. Overall, this experience is what you hope for but rarely get. Fireplace Creations has me for a returning customer, when I need service and when

We had an wonderful experience having Fireplace Creations install a wood-burning insert in our house. They were quick to respond, competitively priced, and more importantly willing to work around the uniqueness of our fireplace. When they realized that we had a constriction in the flue, Tyler spend an entire day researching ways he could get around it and offered the solution for just the cost of the additional parts. The install went very smoothly and the fireplace is beautiful. We'll be installing a gas insert in our other fireplace and will definitely be using Fireplace Creations.
