Had an incredibly disappointing customer service interaction last week. Had the employee used a little tact, I might have used BMS. Instead, ended up going to North Central Medical Supply. Glad I made that change!

Terrible! The hospital called ahead to check on the availability of an item and I was told it was there. When I arrived the women told me she called my husband (who was not with me) and left a voicemail saying they actually didnt have it. Then she told me to go to Staples because they may have it.

I rented equipment that I returned before the return date. I was charged for another month so I called and the woman I talked to said that she saw the error and would take care of it. When I returned the equipment they forgot to date the receipt so when I called to follow up the follow up date was written on the receipt rather than the date I returned the equipment. They refused to acknowledge their error and are continuing to charge me for services I did not receive.

Love this place, great staff, great service and management, always willing to help. I have been doing business here for years and always been treated great, they always go the extra step, contacting the doctor to get orders or documentation when needed. Finding a place where the people care is a rare find in today's world.
