Joseph Passamano attended the prestigious University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, California. After Dr. Passamano received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, he completed a General Practice Residency at a level one trauma hospital, Denver Health Medical Center in Denver, Colorado.

A dental implant is a titanium screw that acts as an artificial root in the jaw bone to support a replacement tooth, bridge, or denture. During your exam, Dr. Passamano will determine if you are a good candidate for implants. Proper bone level and general good health are important to the success of dental implants.
Crowns

Crowns are a solution for severely damaged teeth. A crown will act much like a helmet on a football player's head. It will protect the tooth from further damage. This is indicated when tooth structure is compromised due to decay, fracture and/or crack. If a crown is prescribed, the damaged part of the tooth is removed and a build up (filling) is performed to replace the tooth.
