Did not have a good experience with this agency when trying to help schedule home care. Office staff was friendly but several workers did not show up when scheduled.

I have been employed at HCP as a staffing coordinator since December of 2020 and it has been a very rewarding experience. I am very impressed by the sense of family that we all share in our common work place. The owners of HCP have an open door policy which makes it very conducive for a positive work environment. I have had the privilege of meeting the office staff at HCP. In my experience, everyone was friendly and very professional. The office was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. Their staff was patient and provided Great Customer Service!
