I recently had full face CO2 laser resurfacing. Everyone was exceptionally kind and gentle. And the aftercare? I felt like I had a concierge doctor. Dr. Fardin should have Angel wings on the back of her lab coat. She was phenomenally caring and even sent me a text on a Sunday checking in. And Im loving the results. I have been a patient of Dr. Fardins for over 7 years and unless I leave the area, Ill be her patient forever.

They are nice as long as you keep paying. While still under their care they refused to provide a prescription and my treatment lapsed. They'd be happy to provide one if I came in for another appointment (payed more). Terrible patient care, look elsewhere.

The team of dermatologists and PAs at Southern Marin Dermatology are of the highest caliber. Their clinical, surgical and cosmetic skills are unsurpassed. I've been a patient here for 2 years and I've known and worked with the physicians for over 15 years. I travel over an hour to their office. It is well worth the drive. I am a dermatologist recently retired from clinical practice. I know the quality of care and expertise this team has - and I come here when I need a dermatologist.

The Southern Marin Dermatology staff went above and beyond to assist me. Elizabeth Novak is one of the best medical professionals Ive met with to date. Shes kind, incredibly well-informed on treatments, gave thorough explanations, and took time to answer all of my questions. Elizabeth and Shawna resolved a particularly challenging insurance situation on my end with grace and professionalism. They kept me up to date with each change and made sure I received the treatment I needed. All of the front desk staff and assistants are warm and responsive. Easily the best experience Ive ever had

I met Dr. Ashley Smith years ago through a mutual friend and immediately switched dermatologists. She is a fantastic doctor and her staff could not be nicer. When my hair started falling out, her partner Dr. Westphal was able to help me get my hair back! All around solid practice. Could not recommend it more.
