Our Level 2 Inspection involves a full service, no dust-no mess guaranteed cleaning followed by an inspection. Our sweep runs a camera through the wood-burning fireplace and up into the chimney to check the damper, smoke chamber, and flue liner system. Our sweep then does an exterior chimney stack inspection to look at the flashing, brick work, and crown.

A: The National Fire Protection Association says, Chimneys, fireplaces, and vents shall be inspected at least once a year for soundness, freedom from deposits, and correct clearances. Cleaning, maintenance, and repairs shall be done if necessary.
