Very rude and unprofessional! Go anywhere else but here! Also if you change doctor's they charge you before they release your medical records to new doctor which is ridiculous! I lived in many different states and never have I been charged for my medical records to be transferred!

My 2 kids were patients here for about 2 years. Dr. Brady is excellent and we were always very happy with the level of care she gave us. That being said, the reception staff was rude and very short with me 90% of the time I spoke to them. We recently moved out of state and they refuse to forward our records to our new dr even though the new office personally requested them... unless we we pay a $20 fee for POSTAGE AND LABOR. I worked for a pediatric office for 12 years and have never heard anything so ridiculous. Im appalled and shocked at that kind of request. They also dont/wont
