I love living here. Emily is amazing..they care alot about there tenants from what I've seen. They are respectful and listen to your concerns or fix things right away and always communicate. I'm going on our third yr hear with my hubby and two kids. There apartments are clean and spacy. This is by far the best place we have ever rented. They have been so amazing to us and understanding!!!

We lived here for 1 year and had the worst experience. The neighbors upstairs had a leak and created mold in our bathroom. Maintenance came to look at it and when we moved out they blamed us and are charging us $400 for something that was out of our control. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments at all because you will not get your deposit back and be charged for extra things on top of it. Lived here all of 2020

Terrible place to live. I have no complaints about the physical upkeep of the property or the unit I lived in. Initially, I moved to cloverdale because of the price point and month to month options. Management is extremely welcoming, friendly and accommodating during the application process. That quickly changes once you move in.
I was charged a fine for leaving a small dog waste bag next to the dumpsters. There was no proof I was the offender and when I asked the management to show me proof that I was the one who had left the bag, they stopped communication and automatically charged my debit

Terrible management! Emily is absolutely the worst. They definitely treat you well before you move in and then hit you with ridiculous, unfounded fines and charge you upon move out for things that were actually returned. I'm assuming Emily just simply doesn't know how to manage all the paperwork coming into the office. Definitely not someone I would want to rely to be charged properly for things.

I lived here about 10 years ago, for 3 years with my then partner and our young daughter. We kept to ourselves, kept quiet. After my ex moved out, I was accused of having people living with us, and had to prove repeatedly that I did not. I caught the manager and maintenance guy peeking in my windows on separate occasions, and on one occasion taking a Polaroid picture. When confronted they said they were monitoring my electricity usage. Just really weird. I never had any maintenance issues and very little crime in the area.

Lived there almost two years. Tried to give us a for-cause termination of our lease because our upstairs neighbors insisted we were abusing our son (he is autistic and cries a lot), all of which calls were unfounded. When I brought up it being a violation of our rights, they quickly served us a no-cause termination of our lease to cover their arses. I still regret not calling an attorney.

Really have not been happy with the management or the maintenance crew. The management really is just rude and don't try to help. You have to keep calling and keep bugging them before they will do anything. The maintenance crew does a good job at making the apartments looking nice form the outside. But they really do not have high standards for the inside of the units. I work on the maintenance crew at a different apartment complex up the street and the things they let go by with out being fixed at Cloverdale I would never let happen at where I work. They come and do walk throughs every few
