Like acupuncture, the herbal medicine that has been practiced in Asia has a very long and solid tradition. Herbal medicines are targeted to the specified needs of each patient and can be delivered in the form of teas, powders and tablets. Herbal medicinal plants have been used by all societies throughout history.
Acupressure is an ancient Chinese technique based on the principles of acupuncture, and involves the use of finger pressure (without needles) on specific points along the body. Acupressure is a way of accessing and releasing blocked or congested energy centers in the body. Chinese cultures believe the points to be junctures of meridian pathways that carry energy called Qi.
Moxabustion is technique where an herb, dried moxa is burned on or above the skin at acupuncture points. In the USA most acupuncturists do not use direct moxa to avoid scarring, but rather burn the herb indirectly above the skin, like we do at the Aiyana Acupuncture & Chinese Herbs. The heat warms and activates the Qi and Blood of the body for the treatments of disease or health maintenance.
Remember, it's your body and your responsibility to undersand it and make yourself better. Proceed to the receptionist to make your next appointment. If you know your schedule, make multiple appointments to ensure that you get the time and date that is best for you. A treatment course is defined as: the number of treatments and frequency between each visit.

My wife had a nagging dry cough for weeks and it seemed she could not get rid of it, I called Dr Lee and explained the details, he said come in and he would make up a custom herb tea for her, finally had my… wife drinking the tea and the 3rd day the cough had vanished ! This Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable and friendly service. I highly recommend him to anyone who has health issues!
