Services
CNC Machining
Our CNC machining services produce complex metal and plastic components with tolerances as tight as 0.0001". Using multi-axis machines and CAD/CAM programming, we manufacture parts for automation systems and industrial equipment. Our capabilities include milling, turning, and surface grinding for both prototype and production quantities.
Shaft Fabrication
We specialize in custom shaft production with precision keying, straightening, and welding. Our capabilities include manufacturing replacement shafts for legacy equipment and producing new designs from materials like stainless steel and nitronic 60. Quality assurance includes concentricity checks and material certification.
Welding Services
Our certified welders perform TIG, MIG, and D.C. Arc welding on materials ranging from aluminum to exotic alloys. Services include structural fabrication, repair welding, and custom jigs/fixtures. We maintain AWS-certified welding procedures for critical applications in construction and hydraulic equipment.
Gear Manufacturing
We produce spur, helical, and bevel gears with diametral pitches up to 20. Our capabilities include spline cutting, gear hobbing, and precision grinding. Components meet AGMA quality standards for applications in printing equipment and industrial machinery requiring exact tooth geometry.
Material Finishing
We offer ceramic and chrome coatings, hard anodizing, and other surface treatments to enhance component durability. These processes improve wear resistance for parts used in hydraulic systems and construction equipment while maintaining dimensional accuracy within specified tolerances.
