Beautiful arrangement and wonderful customer service! They werent able to deliver the day of as they had run out of some of the particular flowers needed for the arrangement I chose, so they promised to add a few more flowers to the arrangement and deliver the next day which they made good on and they looked amazing!

This is such a delightful local florist. I needed to find a shop who could deliver the next day to Lathrop Mo and this one was perfect. Designer's choice arrangement created a beautiful bouquet for a 14 year old girl's birthday!

The only reason Im giving a one star rating is because the arrangement is beautiful. The owner was incredibly rude and unapologetic for an error HIS employee made. I just lost my mother and youd think he could show some compassion. I hope to never receive anything from this rude and extremely unprofessional florist ever again.

My mom really loves getting flowers and I love sending them from Plattsburg Floral. I know they will deliver a beautiful arrangement that will make her smile.
