That's why we created our unique Farm Share Program providing members with 100% Grassfed, local, and pasture raised meats at an affordable price.

In 2011 an entrepreneurial dream was born. Our small backyard gym in Upstate NY was built, a 900 square foot garage made up of used gym equipment, no bathroom or heat. It radiated an energy that spoke to unconventional, unique and brave individuals and resulted in clients showing up one after another.
On Site Coaching

For 11 years we have successfully worked with hundreds of clients at all levels, coaching them as they pursue their goals. Our community is made up of parents, "brand new to fitness" beginners, weekend warriors, post surgery patients, those training for a lifetime competition such as CrossFit or Triathlon, wedding or other big events.
Online Coaching

Our unique online coaching program has assisted hundreds of clients over 11 years in Upstate NY and remote clients stretching around the globe. With this online program you will build a strong foundation that will last a lifetime and you will thrive with support and motivation from your own personal coach.
Our Farm
Report
You can shop and checkout easily online and will receive an email when your pick-up is ready within 48 hours. Starting mid August pick-up location is at 2554 Skyline Drive Oriskany Falls NY. All items will be delivered to our Farm Shed, aka The Farmacy, and placed in the cooler labeled Farm Pick-Up, with your name on it.
