I read many of the reviews and discovered that some people need to self-reflect before putting others on blast. We had a terrific visit to Cheslock Optical. The experience began with a friendly and professional greeting. The offices are impressive as well (one crooked picture aside). The doctor was professional and asked and answered each question in a patient manner. Their testing equipment is state of the art and Doctor explained each ones function. I highly recommend this business to those dealing with eyes/glasses.

Awful customer service. No one helped me pick out frames even when I asked. I received my glasses and they were so tight I could not wear them. When I went in to ask for an adjustment or help they were horrible. One woman removed her mask and told me she tried to tell me to pick out something else when I had been there but wasn't even the person who was in when I had my appointment. She then told me she could do nothing for me and called me a little witch when I told them they needed to do better for customer service.I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I had heard bad things previously

My wife, who purchased a nice frame and lenses at Cheslock Optical, had one of her lenses pop out. They reinstalled the lens for a $5.00 fee. I wanted to talk to Dr. Cheslock about this issue and Mrs. Cheslock cancelled our relationship and will be mailing our eyeglass prescriptions. That does not sound like customer service. A very sad situation.
