We provide high quality affordable acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, nutritional supplements and self-care workshops. Melissa and Kim both bring years of experience working in the acupuncture and wellness field and are so excited to bring their collective vision and experience to Open Circle.

Please print and bring the new patient forms found below to your first appointment. Your initial visit will last 90 minutes and include an extensive health history intake and acupuncture treatment. 1. Print our your paperwork and fill it out in advance of your visit. If you are not able to do this, plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early to fill out the forms.
