The company is family owned and was established in 1908 by Frank Anspach. The business was founded on the corner of 79th and Stark, in Motavilla. Anspach Plumbing and hardware was a fixture in the area until 1968 when the hardware portion of the business was closed. The business was passed on to Franks son-in-law in 1969, and then on to Franks grandson in 1979.
