For 40 years, Steamboat Medical has delivered quality care to Steamboat's locals and visitors. For your convenience, we are open seven days a week, including evening hours. Appointments are encouraged, but because injuries and illnesses are unplanned, we also accommodate same day and walk-in appointments.

Our seven Board Certified physicians specialize in Comprehensive Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics and Orthopedics. Steamboat Medical Group is the Yampa Valley's preferred provider for Urgent Care and Primary Care.

When you face an injury or illness that requires immediate attention, but does not necessarily warrant a trip to the Emergency Room, our Urgent Care Center is your best option. As Ski Town USA, our community draws an influx of beginner, intermediate and professional skiers and snowboarders and the potential for injury cannot be discounted.

Dr. Speer is a Board Certified Family Physician in practice for over 15 years. He and his family moved to Steamboat in 2011 because of their love of the community and outdoor opportunities. He practices full-spectrum Family Medicine. Dr. Wilson was born and raised in Steamboat. She was very pleased to have the opportunity to return home to practice medicine.
