Dr. Ram and his staff always do their utmost to make the experience of shipping an item or picking up a prescription very pleasant! The main thing I like about Family Pharmacy, ( Rattlesnake branch) is the community atmosphere that Dr. Ram creates. It is just like things used to be " in the old days". He remembers his customers by name and greets them personally. He makes sure that he has all that we need, on hand. If he doesn't have it, he can get it! I prefer to go there rather than anywhere else in Naples.

As a retired physician and a new Naples, Florida resident I was thrilled to discover the Family Pharmacy. The pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable and up to date on new medications. He treats his customers as family and will go out of his way to explain and discuss the intricacies, side effects and fine points of his customers medications. It should also be noted that there is a USPS facility in the pharmacy.

I am here half of the year, so I need to transfer prescriptions back an forth. I brought in all the information, and the pharmacy had everything transferred seamlessly! #1 Pharmacy in the whole State of Florida. I came to America in1971 and have lived in several different States and Cities.Probably have visited more than a dozen Pharmacies throughout those years. I have to say that Ram & his crew is the best I have ever encountered, 5 stars isnt enough for these fantastic people. I just wish I could put Family Health Mart up on all the local news Channels for all the people of South West Florida experience.One visit is all you need.After that one visit you wont go anywhere else.Mike L.Lely Florida.

I have never found a pharmacy in the Naples area that is so pleasantly helpful, kind and understanding.They will always try to get you what you need and at the best price possible.They are never too busy to do everything they can for you. They will also keep you updated every step of the way. You really owe it to yourself to give them a chance to service you! I think you will be pleasantly surprised!
