He is a native San Franciscan who attended University High School, received his Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry from University of California, San Diego, and his Doctor of Dental Surgery from University of California, San Francisco.

Dr. Clement Shek did his undergraduate studies at University of California Los Angeles. He is a graduate of the University of California San Francisco, School of Dentistry and completed his Dental Internship at the University of Chicago Hospital. He is an Associate Clinical Professor at the UCSF School of Dentisty and is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and San Francisco Dental Society.
