Craft Brewery in Seward, Nebraska
Founded in March 2014 by Gerald Homp, Bottle Rocket Brewing has become a cornerstone of Seward's craft beer scene. Our journey began in the basement of the historic Campbell's Seed Company Mill with a one-barrel brewing system, where brewmaster Ryan Koch crafted our initial lineup of classic ales. Over a decade, we've expanded to a 15-barrel production facility while maintaining our commitment to quality and innovation. Our diverse beer selection spans from approachable blondes to bold IPAs, all brewed using a 3,000-gallon reverse osmosis water system.

The taproom's transformation from flower shop to event destination reflects our dedication to community engagement through Food Truck Fridays, trivia nights, and private rentals. With distribution across Nebraska and a focus on local partnerships, we continue to honor our roots while pushing craft brewing boundaries.

Excellent venue, great atmosphere, lots of room, wicked cool giant elk (a Nebraska record) on the north wall. Place is sparkliflean and the owners really care about the place and the patrons.

Can't say enough about this place. Great service, tasty beer. They serve their own beer cheese and have a house-made root beer. So good! Quirky cool atmosphere and right around the corner from the Rivoli theater in Seward.

Great beer! The Wicked Spark IPA was awesome, as was the Constitution Stout. The pretzel and cheese board were good too.

What a great little brewery! So glad my friend introduced me to this place. Fun relaxed atmosphere, great brews, and the food truck was phenomenal. Would love to go back sometime when it's a little cooler out so I can enjoy the outside seating. Do yourself a favor and take some time and visit this place. You won't be disappointed

If you're traveling E or W on I80 and need to quench your thirst, this historic space is worth the short drive north. In the cool town of Seward (named among the 10 best 4th celebrations in the US) they serve a nice variety of solid beers. A solid beer and friendly conversation is all I ever ask, and I definitely got that. Thanks for the oasis after a long drive.
