The answer, simply put, is YES. Professional headshots are one of the keys to success in this business. It is like a cover letter and resume for a job interview. Agents use an actor's headshot and resume to submit them for projects. When attending audition, actors need to provide them as materials to casting as well.
Work Permit
Report
All Minors under 18 Years of Age in the State of New York need a Child Performer Permit to lawfully obtain work acting. This is a one-time deal only! Once your child has received a temporary permit, he or she will be able to work for ONLY 15 days before it expires. Once a temporary permit has been issued, there will NOT be an opportunity to get another temporary.
Submissions

Take 3 Talent primarily represents talent from the TRI-STATE area. Some exceptions may apply for talent submitting for VO, or residing in the following states: Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland, Massachusetts, Delaware, Los Angeles or South Florida. However, please understand that ALL talent will need to be available and prepared to travel to and from auditions in the NY area as many as 3-4 times per week.
