First Restoration Services "FRS" was started in 1987 by Chris Silliman and Shelley Silliman, a husband and wife duo that live in Brevard, NC. Chris is a fisherman at heart, and loves to go fishing with his two sons, Justin and Shawn. Shelley and Chris are also avid Ohio State University fans, but don't worry we won't hold that against them.
Chris and Shelley are still active with FRS in the daily operations, and their son, Shawn, will be succeeding Chris and Shelley to make a second-generation family owned company. Shawn's wife, Kelly Silliman, also works at FRS as one of the managers and will be Shawn's partner in succeeding Chris and Shelley once they retire.
