Our team of teachers have thousands of hours of training, practice, and time spent leading classes of all styles and levels. We address the needs of every student - both physical and spiritual - to help every individual find the path and pace best suited for them.

Through dedicated practice and self-discovery, the philosophy of yoga has influenced every aspect of Dana's life. She began practicing over 15 years ago, with a focus on Ashtanga, vinyasa, and yin yoga traditions. Dana is also a Reiki Master Teacher, meditation teacher, an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) facilitator, and is a dedicated advocate for safer beauty in her work as a Beautycounter consultant.

Kerstin took her first step towards her yoga practice in 2007 and has been walking toward it ever since. The practice changed her life in every way. This propelled her to dive deeper and she began her studies in the history and philosophy of yoga, which lead her to complete her RYT 200 hour teacher training in 2020.

More often than not, people don't believe me when I tell them I started my yoga practice in 2013. I always take it as a compliment because they assume I have been practicing for decades!
