Founded in 1926 by Doug Fraser, Inverness Country Club is one of the oldest and best-maintained courses in Michigan. To this day, our club remains a great place for individuals and families to get away from the busy world around us. ICC consists of nine beautiful holes and maintains a wonderful practice green, driving range, pro shop, and clubhouse.
Tee times and clubhouse rentals are never hard to obtain because we are a 501C(7) tax exempt private facility and not open to the public. Membership requires a completed application process and final approval from the Board of Directors. Our combination of a beautiful golf course and a casual, family-friendly, and private environment offers exceptional membership value that can't be beat!

Are you a property owner in Park Lawn Beach Association and applying for membership as a Park Lawn Beach Property Owner? Have you recently divorced the primary ICC Active member and wish to maintain your own ICC membership?
Agreement I hereby make application for membership to Inverness Country Club, and if accepted, agree to conform to the provisions of the Bylaws of ICC, the Rules of Play and all other regulations passed by the Board of Directors.I understand the initiation fee ($1000 Full Membership, $500 Junior Membership) will be held as evidence of my good faith in seeking membership to ICC.

The first hole is a 375 yard par 4. A good drive here is required as there are groups of pines on both the left and right sides of the fairway. Your second shot will require accuracy as this is the smallest green on the course. The green complex is protected by bunkers on both sides and a ditch in front.

The Inverness Country Club Clubhouse is a perfect facility for business, birthdays, graduation parties, anniversaries, small weddings and so much more. Our Clubhouse has capacity for 100 guests with a full service kitchen for you or a hired caterer to prepare a meal for your event. There is plenty of lawn space out front for games, tents, additional seating, bouncey houses, etc.
Rental Agreement

In consideration of the rental of the Inverness Club House to our organization/group, we agree to the following requirements and terms as set forth by the Board of Directors:. The Rentee is required to secure the booking with a $100.00 security deposit. The rental fee will be based on the booking type and shall be paid prior to the date of rental.
Planning an Event

When renting the Clubhouse, you have access to 12 - 5' diameter round tables that will seat 6 to 8 people per table, 5 - 8' long tables for serving food or head tables for a wedding, folding metal chairs for up to 100 guests and several smaller tables that can be used for gifts, cake or drink tables.
