I am giving Dayton Freight 1 stars!!! I have ordered 3 home furnaces for my falilies houses over the past few months. Out of 3 of them only 1 arrived undamaged. The other 2 were very badly damaged due to the negligence of the drivers using excess load securement straps and smashing the furnaces. I would not suggest them to haul anything for anyone.

A question in attention to headquarters. Do you guys have a special training for your drivers, or something??? Every single driver i meet on the road, no matter its OH or Chicago area, drivers have some kind of a special behavior on the road, being very RUDE & DISSRESPECTFULL!!! Y'all guys Dayton Freight drivers need to share the road & respect your fellow driver, since you're not the only one out here, & we all do one thing...trying to feed our families! Be SAFE!!!
