Our AC shut down last Sunday 1/2/22. Vet Air service returned my call made at 2:30 pm and I requested a service call before 8:00 pm. Adam arrived on time, took care of the problem- luckily an easy fix. He then checked out the rest of the system and installed an air filter that I had purchased. During this time he explained everything he was doing and was as polite as could be. Hes a real asset to the company. Good experience.

He went straight to work, cleaning and making notes of needed repairs. He explained his findings and was not pushy in his recommendations for future work. I was happy with the services provided.

Needed plumbing service to repair a reclaimed water pipe that was broken at the city's cutoff due to overgrown tree roots. I filled out a request form online and within minutes I heard back from Sasha, who was so very pleasant. Buck came out to fix our pipe right on time. He was so very professional, pleasant and explained in detail exactly what the repair required. He had to dig & cut roots, yet you can't even tell that a repair was made. Once again, Veteran Air was our choice. Sure, we've had other companies over the years do repair and maintenance, but Vet Air is hands down the best. Why? They have the staff available so you don't wait days before an appointment. They call 20 - 30 min before arriving. They are courteous, listen to your explanation of any issues and they get right to work. They fix the problem, first time, and don't charge an unreasonable amount. Also, there are photos and videos of what was found to be an issue, and their solution. Quick and easy. We're sold and they are HIGHLY recommended.

Everyone from the sales person to the installers were professional and very hard working. Employees are multi-talented and highly skilled. They had all my old duct work and equipment discarded with new system installed in two days. A pleasurable experience.
