Spot It All Therapy, INC. is a Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois PPO and Blue Choice provider. We also accept Medicare Part B. For patients with BC/BS PPO and Medicare Part B insurance, we will submit claims and records on your behalf. You are responsible for co-pay, deductibles, and/or co-insurance.
For all other insurances, our company is considered "out-of-network". Patients with these insurances are responsible for paying the full fee amount. You may choose to submit claims to your insurance company on your own, and we will provide you with the necessary records if you wish to do so.
