I made a visit last week to you guys escape room and I can say that I had a amazing time. I also have to give a special shout-out to your employe KEANNA she was a great help positive attitude and took her time with us and make sure that we had a good time. She was a great help to my group she makes me want to come again because of her attitude and she is very welcoming and she was definitely following Covid protocols

Originally, our group of four were a little skeptical for the other reviews mentioned how the escape room was closed upon arrival. We arrived 10 minutes prior to the start time and found the storefront locked and closed. However, the game master did arrive soon after! We played the Wild West room and it was fun! It was initially confusing but the following rooms were creative and perfectly challenging. Ended up escaping the room using 3 hints! Pretty good way to spent an hour considering that we had a groupon deal. Would recommend!

Booked a reservation for a full party online. Reservation was confirmed multiple times, including an hour before our scheduled time, and payment taken in full. On arrival, the venue was closed and no one answered the phone or email. Got scammed, and wasted all of our time. Another group showed up after us with the same issue. Not sure what happened, maybe there was some emergency, but the venue could have at least canceled our reservations ahead of time to keep us from wasting 30 minutes standing around waiting for someone to show up.

My group of seven made a reservation for 1PM and paid in advance, but we arrived to find the storefront shuttered and the gate closed. We waited half an hour in the cold and called multiple times in hopes that someone would explain why they were closed, but no one picked up or showed up. Terrible experience overall.
