Corry Kendall was born and raised in Mangum, OK. He graduated from Mangum High School in 2003 and graduated cum laude from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 2008 with a degree in political science. Corry graduated cum laude from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2011.

In law school, he served as staff editor for Law Review, interned at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of Oklahoma and volunteered for the Jodi Marquette American Indian Wills Clinic.Following his law school graduation, Corry worked as a staff attorney with Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma, serving all of Northwest Oklahoma.
