Red Road Telecom was founded in 2007 by David Rodman, a successful Big Island technology entrepreneur who started the first voicemail service on the Big Island in 1988, and the first Internet Service Provider here in 1994. Our primary Network Operations Center is in Hilo. There we house our servers and high-capacity digital connections to the Internet, the telephone network, and our statewide private network.

If you don't have it handy, just put in "unknown", we'll still help you! Our web-based managers enable you to configure your phones, call forwarding, voicemail options, holiday schedule, most aspects of your service.

If you want to pay just a single invoice with your credit card, select that invoice, fill in your credit card info, and click "Pay Now". To use that card to pay monthly invoices automatically, check the box that says "Use this card for regular monthly payments". If we already have your card on file and you just want to use it to pay an invoice, select the invoice and check the box "Use my card on file or this payment".

You can do a "blind" transfer, which is the quickest way. This just sends the call to another number, without regard for whether it will be answered or go to voicemail or anything else.
