We offer complimentary troubleshooting, second opinions, customer service, and diagnostics for every project we take on. My name is Eric Daktar. I am the owner and founder of Independent Septic and Sewer. Over the past 13 years, I have worked for 3 different plumbing companies. I have developed my skills through countless hours of troubleshooting on-site septic systems.

I have worked with residential and commercial clients, doing up to 3 or 4 calls a day. I specialize in locating tanks, pumping tanks, diagnosing problems, removing roots, cutting concrete sidewalks and driveways to gain access to the tanks, replacing broken tank lids, replacing main sewer lines to tanks, drain field repairs, cleaning and clearing clogs out of the sewer, drain field lines, and more.

Report
A septic tank is an underground tank used for wastewater treatment, biological decomposition, and drainage. Septic tanks allow safe disposal of wastewater and are widely popular in areas that have poor drainage systems or are off the main sewage network. We clean these tanks so that residents can enjoy a safe, functional system without worrying about buildup or other problems.
Septic Tank Cleaning
Report
A septic tank is an underwater sedimentation tank used for wastewater treatment, biological decomposition, and drainage. Septic tanks allow safe disposal of wastewater and are widely popular in areas that have poor drainage systems or are off the main sewage network. We dig up the tank or pump through a riser to remove all sludge and solids.
Septic Tank Pumping
Report
Septic tanks allow waste to separate into three layers: solids, effluent, and scum. The solids settle to the bottom where microorganisms decompose them. The scum, composed of waste that's lighter than water, floats on top. For septic tanks, the words "pumping" and "cleaning" are interchangeable, even though they mean slightly different things.
