I've been using this place, on and off, for 27 years, since I moved into the Somerset/Middlesex Counties area, of central New Jersey, back in the summer of 1993. The co-op is the original place in this area where you can find organic produce and bulk items for things like tamari roasted almonds or quinoa grains. It is a vegetarian co-op, and since I was a vegan from 1992 to 2006 (and still eat lots of healthy, natural stuff), this place has catered well to my needs, over the years. This was the first place that I ever found any nut butters that were not made from peanuts, such as: almond butter

Im used to seeing bulk food, especially with nuts, popcorn, and flour, BUT I was absolutely ecstatic to find that they have sugar and brown sugar in bulk! I still have enough sugar at the moment, but Im definitely getting my sugar from here as soon as I run out!
