Caitlin was born and raised in Great Falls. She has always valued fairness and equality before the law, and she chose to put those values to work in her community as a lawyer representing plaintiffs. She established Boland Aarab PLLP with her husband, Samir, so they could work together to achieve justice for those who may not have the resources to go it alone.

Samir was born in Norway and raised in Norway and Morocco. His experience impressed upon him the power of the law and the cost of being ignorant of it. Sam realized that he wanted to be an attorney and help people who needed help and were taken advantage of. He immigrated to the United States to attend law school.
