We are a home care service that allow seniors and individuals with disabilities to have safety and independence in the home with a qualified caregiver. Please see below what specific services we provide. Assisting with bathing, toileting, changing of incontinence products, dressing, walk assistance, mobility assistance, exercise, and transfers.
Encouraging social engagement, playing games, memory care, Alzheimer's and Dementia care, meal preparation, monitoring diet & monitoring fluid intake. Helping with general upkeep of the living area such as laundry, cleaning dishes, vacuuming, and changing linens. My Grandmother was very nervous about having someone in her home.

A Homemade Plan was founded by three longtime friends in January of 2012. All three founders grew up in Damascus, MD and were friends through Elementary School, High School, and were even College roommates at Salisbury University. Matthew, Tyler, and Ryan are the proud Owners and Founders of A Homemade Plan.

Thank you for your interest in employment with A Homemade Plan. A Homemade Plan believes that our Care Providers are our most important assets and we recognize hard work and reliability. We are currently looking for CNA's and companions to perform companionship and personal care. Care Providers with A Homemade Plan will travel to our Care Recipients' home to assist them with activities of daily living.
