Jarod tested our water and explained everything very well so we knew where we are at as far as the softness of the water. He was very friendly and did a great job changing the filter in our reverse osmosis. Cleaned up, asked if we had any questions and was so polite! He was a joy to talk to! Great guy! Great company!

Delightful serviceman! Looked at the salt level, measured brine % as we watched my elderly dachshund escape. He was kind enough to put some pavers over where she had dug out under the gate as my neighbor down the street wrangled her back home. Neither of them had to do this, although my neighbors know her and me (disabled) well enough. So a big thank you to the service man for that. Oh, and they are honest enough to not put salt in when it’s not needed. A big plus for that! They call every 6 months right on time to schedule and are always on time or even a little early. Best service ever!

Great company with superior customer service both while scheduling over the phone and in person. Our technician patiently answered all questions we had and got us set up very quickly. We haven't had any experience with water softeners or R.O. systems so we needed a ton of guidance. Reasonably priced as well.
