We started searching for the Moderna Booster Shot at 3 different places online. This was the only place nearby for me versus driving out to Buffalo Grove. Just to get the Moderna. Other places said they had it advertised but once we called then said they were out. Then we said that's false advertising you need to update your website. I was able to call make my appointment for 11:30 A.M. came 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Then got the booster shot it didn't hurt. The nurse said to wait another 10 minutes before leaving. To make sure I didn't have any symptoms. Headaches, soreness etc.

Went in to establish PCP after changing insurance. I came in to ask about rosacea on my face and to take a blood panel. Three weeks later I dont have results from my blood draw and the Dr did nothing about my face not said she would need to refer me out. I had to wait for 15 mins at front desk to figure out next steps. It was very uncoordinated and a waste of time!

Very unprofessional, the Socorro doesnt even check her patients shes send in student doctors and leaves them in there to evaluate you? The front desk never answers at all, overall wouldnt be going here but I have no where else to go to

The customer service in the receiption desk are terrible, that I have ever had in this place. Not sure, where I can report it, that being a sick and getting terrible explanation. As even being extremely busy, at least they could able to tell the reason, instead of putting a hold with no explanation for more than 20 min. And getting back telling how she can help, while she already was booking for my two sons appointments, that she never got this situation before. I think working in the medical field, they should know at least, they are having situations with the sick people. As I was a patient for
