Since 2007, I have been training players of all ages and skill levels, throughout the Naperville area at all the major indoor training facilities and even outdoors on-field. Vega Baseball doesn't believe in on-size-fits-all training or cookie-cutter training.
I believe in customizing a Progressive Development Program specific to your player's individual needs. It's the same training program I experienced when I served as an alternate on the Olympic Team and it is still used today.
