Spoke to Josh and Jim in technical support. Both were extremely helpful, to both myself and my friend in trying to help us troubleshoot, as novices. They were also helpful to my husband who has electrical knowledge, with how the kiln is wired through the relays. It was determined that one of the new relays was defective. Customer service ( I believe her name was Jana (sp?) was very helpful in sending out a replacement part. Very professional and helpful!

This company builds fantastic kilns. I can not speak for after sale support from then directly as we have not required any as of yet. Clearly made in the USA and being from Canada this matters for parts and service.

Unable to provide support to make repairs yourself. At the mercy of local technicians who no show on their appointments and delay coming out for months because they have a monopoly and view service as a very minor portion of their business. Feeling very stuck as my only other option is to spring for a new kiln as my business has been without kiln use for two months now and production is at a standstill.
