24 hours notice is required for daycare cancellations or the full daycare fee will be charged. Boarding cancellations must have 24 hours advance notice, 3 days around most holidays and 10 days minium notice for Thanksgiving through New Year's or be charged 50% for any space we cannot fill on short notice.

As a thank you to our members of the military and first responders we offer a 10% discount on all onsite services. 10% discount on Pet First Aid classes for Pet Care Professionals, animal welfare volunteers, service dog owners, animal foster parents and First Responders.

Join us for a day of the most comprehensive pet first aid course available! Our Walks 'n' Wags certified instructors offer a day of fun and learning. Classes are intended for pet care professionals, dog and cat owners, rescue workers, first responders, groomers and shelter workers. Course completion offers continuing education credits for PSI, IAABC, IACP and CBCC-KA members.
