Your circuit breaker is designed to protect your home against an overload and will automatically trip and cut the current if a fault ever occurs. If this occurs in your home, you need to locate the circuit box and reset it. Before resetting your circuit breaker, you also need to make certain there are no dangerous situations in your property.

Move-in/Move-out Checklist

Moving into a new property carries a number of responsibilities; we want to help you get settled in your home, which is why we've carefully created the checklists below. Your first month's rent check, security deposit, and any unpaid application fees must all be taken care of at the lease signing. Your move-in information will also be provided at the lease signing, including all details about property inspections.

East Coast Real Estate Group LLC is changing our stance on pets. The reason for this change is that we are partnering with a company called Pet Screeners. This company applies the pet's and the owner's information to their scoring program and rates the risk involved. Based on the risk factors, the resident will pay a monthly pet admin fee.
