I called to explain my daughter had a fever, a febrile seizure, ended up going to the emergency room by ambulance, and needed to be tested for covid. Due to that being her only symptom, I would be charged $95. But I had my mother take my youngest son this morning for JUST A FEVER and they tested him for covid and he is positive. THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME. The office also knows I have a son with a compromised immune system that has received a stem cell transplant. Every other time I have been in the office since the pandemic, I have been offered covid tests and never charged. This isn't my first issue

I have been a customer for 10 years and never had an issue until yesterday. It was a new practitioner we had never met. We came for a wellness check and they pushed a vaccine on us (not for Covid). We told them no in triage and then in the room she practioner brought it up again. We said not today but she kept pushing it . I told her she had a big event coming up this weekend with her best friend she had not seen in a year and we didnt want my child not feeling well. She said she would be fine. Within 10 minutes of the vaccine she was red in the face, burning up and a headache. She went to bed

This doctor office is HORRIBLE!! They are negligent and discarded my concerns for my childs health. I kept telling them over and over about my childs health issues , things that were concerning to me and every time they brushed it off and refused to look into it and actually run the test that needed to be ran. Finally after going to see another doctor my child got the care that he needed. If your child goes to this facility I highly recommend to look into other places your child could possibly go. I originally chose this place due to the nice area , believeing it would be a nice place and a

This office is so unprofessional. I took my children in one 6 month old ,and one 4 year old. One was there for a wellness check ,and one for a recheck from being sick last week. My six month old was checked for Covid last week ,and his test was negative, but they said he had a common cold. Now he is still sick this week so we came back. The whole place was overcrowded. They had me sit on the sick side since my 6 month old is sick ,and while we were in there a mother ,and her son and part of the office staff came back through the door from being in the doctors office part to the waiting room. My kids were seen at the clinic for years, in 2017 there were changes to my insurance so I was unable to take my kids to back or Id have to pay out of pocket. I called and had paperwork sent to my new pediatrician, and left on good terms. So I thought. Now that my insurance is fixed and accepted by this clinic, I called and scheduled appointments for 3 of my kids. Came in filled out the paperwork and waited about 30 minutes. A secretary pokes her head into the waiting room and tells me that they do not accept returning patients unless the reason I left the clinic was because I moved! I

Staff is rude and if you depend on ongoing monthly prescriptions avoid this place at all costs. It takes them 2 weeks to get a prescription refilled and that's if you call and remind them. I switched in June after years of the same issues. This is your child's health and well being, don't risk it. One week of my boy suffering without his meds after I had ordered them over a week previously should have been a sign that it was only the beginning.
