My daughter sent in a portfolio, including her resume and headshots. We heard back from the agency 2 weeks later, wanting to schedule an appointment. We attended the appointment, although the staff seemed frantic and unorganized. They told us that we would know a decision in exactly 10 days regarding our appointment, if we got in or if we didnt. 20 days later we called, havent heard anything. They lady on the phone said that she would have to pull up my daughters file and get back to us soon. They havent gotten back to us, and this happened in August. It is now december. Seemed like an

Terrible agency, especially agent Linda Rutledge. No communication whatsoever and doesn't get auditions for clients. I know someone that was signed to BMG for almost 2 years but only got 2 in person auditions.
